Do you meditate?
If you do, has it helped you within your business at all?
And if you haven’t gotten into meditation just yet, why not?
Personally, I love meditation. I actually make time to meditate every morning because I love how it lifts my mood and leaves me feeling ready to tackle the day. But it’s more than just that! You can use meditation in your business to achieve some pretty amazing things.
It can be an incredible tool in helping you earn more money, increasing your productivity, and more! And that’s what I’m going to share with you in this post. It’s sure to leave you feeling ready to meditate!
Why You Should Use Meditation in Your Business
So, what’s all the fuss about using meditation in your business? Well, there are four key reasons I mediate to find success as an entrepreneur. Here’s what you need to know:
1. Meditation Can Shift Your Mindset to One That’s More Positive
Do you ever have those moments where you just feel down on yourself for no reason at all? Well, trust me when I say that we’ve all been there. It’s easy to fall into that trap, especially with social media. We often get caught up in comparing our success to someone else’s, which can really do a number on our self-esteem.
One great reason to use meditation in your business is that it can shift your mindset quickly. As a business owner, you’re likely pretty busy with tons of different tasks on your place. And you can’t let crappy moods prevent you from doing your work.
My advice would be to incorporate meditation into your daily routine. By meditating first thing in the morning, you can set yourself up for a successful day ahead. And it can help prevent any negative vibes from getting through to you before it’s too late. But if you do have those moments where you aren’t feeling your best, take a break and do some meditation. You’ll feel your energy and mindset shift in no time at all.
2. It Can Help Attract More Abundance Into Your Life
Let’s be honest. Who doesn’t want more abundance, right? And when I refer to “abundance,” it doesn’t always have to mean money. It can also represent your relationships, opportunities, or something else. It all depends what an abundant life looks like to you.
But let’s take money, for example. I love to do guided meditations that are focused on financial abundance. They help to shift my mindset to one that leaves me feeling open to money flowing to me. After all, you have to banish those money blocks if you want to see more income within your business.
Since the meditations I like to do contain positive affirmations, it makes a huge difference. They’ll have me reciting a variety of affirmations, such as:
- I have all the money I need to do all the things I want to do.
- Money flows to me easily, frequently, and abundantly.
- I am worthy of receiving all the money I desire.
There are also quiet moments within the meditations for visualizing what life will be like once that money has arrived. What will you do? How will you feel? How will things be changed for the better? By visualizing what will happen, you’re communicating with the Universe what this money will do for you. And you open yourself up to the possibilities of receiving it.
3. Meditation Can Improve Your Focus & Increase Productivity
Much like I do meditations for financial abundance, I also do meditations for productivity. I find it’s a great way to start my day because it gets me in that mindset where I feel like I’m ready to work. And what better way to use meditation in your business than to get you excited for a brand new work day?
Even research has shown that people who practice meditation regularly can improve their mental focus by altering their brain function. Not only that, but when compared to those who don’t meditate, meditators may be better at quieting brain activity related to mind-wandering. And when you can improve your focus, you’re going to be much more productive.
4. It Allows You to Quiet Your Mind & Open Yourself Up to Guidance
And finally, meditation is great for having a bit of quiet time where you can seek guidance from the Universe. Now, I know this may sound a little too “woo woo” for many of you… But trust me! This is your chance to communicate with the Universe, God, or whoever or whatever you believe in. It doesn’t matter.
If there’s a question you’d like an answer to, ask it and listen for a response. This is another great reason to use meditation in your business because it can encourage you to open yourself up to guidance about something you may be working on. Are you wondering if pursuing that new project is going to be worth your time? Thinking about switching your niche? Don’t be afraid to ask for guidance, but make sure you’re open to receiving messages and acknowledge them when they arrive.
